Mr. Rees holds two degrees from the University of Southern California in Law and Political Science.  He is admitted to practice both in California and Louisiana as well as the United States Supreme Court and several Courts of Appeal and District Courts.  Mr. Rees' current practice is primarily as a civil trial and appellate lawyer involving complex and other business disputes.  He is a former partner in two Los Angeles major law firms and a former general counsel to a NYSE multinational manufacturer.
